Spokane Wills, Trusts, and Probate
Estate Planning for Everyone.
We provide clients and their loved ones peace of mind through comprehensive estate plans which provide for their families and protect their assets. Our team is professional, thorough, and compassionate.
Plan your legacy. Provide for loved ones. Protect your assets.
Our comprehensive estate plans can help you achieve these goals:
-
Make settling affairs easier for your loved ones.
-
Name a guardian for minor children.
-
Leave a financial legacy by passing wealth to the next generation.
-
Give to charities or causes you support.
-
Avoid or mitigate family conflict.
-
Minimize taxes.
-
Provide for family members with disabilities.
-
Provide for pets.
An estate plan also determines who can make financial and health care decisions on your behalf and when those agents have authority to act. Even clients in the prime of their lives may be involved in an accident and need someone to act for them.

Meet the Team
At Spokane Wills, Trusts, and Probate our friendly team helps clients plan for and protect the people and the organizations they love and the assets they have worked diligently to acquire. We provide professional and compassionate guidance to people administering their loved one's estates.
Emily Wilson, J.D.

While attending Seattle University Law, Emily fell in love with her husband (who grew up north of Spokane) and the beauty of Washington state.
Emily now lives in Spokane with her husband, children, and two lucky black cats. When not in the office, she enjoys gardening, taking long walks, and exploring the Inland Northwest.
